Conditions of Becoming A Member

  • You confirm you are 18 years old or over are a British Citizen/Resident
  • You are not pregrant
  • You are medically fit to participate in the program
  • Once your membership is accepted, your card will be debited for the amount of £99.00GBP, and it will be automatically debited for that amount each month for a maximum of 3 months, on a recurring basis.
  • Given the nature of the service, no refunds are given.
  • You must not share or give your username and password to any person, entity, group, or organisation. You paid for it with your hard-earned money, it’s yours.
  • We can decline and/or cancel membership at our discretion and without notice for misuse
  • We reserve the right to remove you from the WhatsApp group and service at our discretion and without notice for misuse, misbehaviour, abuse, or any derogatory behaviour to us or any group member.

SculptSquad is not a licensed medical care provider and represents that it has no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind, or in determining the effect of any specific exercise on a medical condition.You should understand that when participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in an exercise program, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge SculptSquad from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of SculptSquad negligence.

You understand the services performed by SculptSquad are at all times restricted to consultation and advice on the subject of Nutritional matters. The consultation is intended for general nutritional well-being, and does not involve the diagnosing, prognosticating, treatment or prescribing of remedies for the treatment of any disease, licensed or controlled act which may constitute the practice of medicine. All information given to you contains opinions, ideas, and knowledge intended to provide helpful material and tips on general well-being. You assume full responsibility for your choice to use or apply, at your own risk any portion of the information you receive. You fully understand that SculptSquad are not medical doctors and you are not here for medical diagnostic treatment, treatment procedures, or the diagnosis or treatment of any disease.
